Tiffany Schnittker

As Chief Operating Officer for Collaborative Industries, Tiffany is responsible for providing support and overseeing the Directors for Collaborative's affiliated ID/DD agencies. She assists with certification prep, day-to-day brainstorming, review of organizational structures, and training and development of upper management. Her goal is to support local leadership to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities to better support the individuals who have selected their services to live amazing lives!
Tiffany had previously served as Operations Director at Collaborative. Before joining CI, she was the Area Director for DSN in both Lincoln and Omaha and also has served as an Administrative Coordinator, a Program Supervisor and a Habilitation Specialist. She began her career in the ID/DD field working as a Direct Support Professional in 2000.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln - Go Huskers!
Outside of work, Tiffany loves spending time with her husband Jeff, daughter Sadie and their family dog, Bestie! She enjoys listening to her husband's band, traveling the world with her family and she is constantly reading for entertainment. Tiffany enjoys being a dance mom to Sadie and is a PTO member overseeing her daughter's school talent show!
