Jace provides leadership and oversight to the CI Talent Development and Quality Outcomes Departments. Some of his responsibilities include facilitating the development and oversight of quality management systems and the instructional design, development, implementation and evaluation of performance improvement solutions.
Jace has worked in the field of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and other needs for over 20 years, starting in Des Moines as a Direct Support Professional while attending college. He began working with an Omaha provider in 2001 as a Front Line Supervisor and spent 8 years there in various capacities including Staff Development Manager, Residential Coordinator, and Associate Director. He has also spent two years as the Director of Program Evaluation for a large State run ICF/IDD in Iowa. In 2011, Jace joined a CI affiliated agency in Omaha as a Vocational Coordinator and then came to the CI team in 2013.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and has been a certified Mandt instructor since 2004. He is also a member of the Association for Talent Development Professionals.
Outside of work, Jace is an avid sports fan cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers, Chicago Cubs, and Iowa Hawkeyes. He enjoys reading, spending time with his family and coaching his son's youth sports teams!
