As a Quality Outcomes Coordinator, Evan participates in the development of performance metrics to measure adherence to policies and procedures as well as the effectiveness of talent development activities. He completes reviews of services and supports based on an identified schedule using a standard template for measurement and summarizes and analyzes quality data and performance information collected. Evan also provides consultation and technical assistance to staff and entities responsible for making corrections and improvements. He has developed an understanding and knowledge of variances in policies, practices, and regulations in a number of states.
Prior to joining Collaborative Industries, Evan gained experience in the field of Human Services in a number of leadership positions including as a Direct Support Professional, Front Line Supervisor, Vocational Manager, and Residential Coordinator.
He is a certified Mandt instructor, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and he is active in volunteering for Operation Shine Camp, a local camp for kids with Autism.
Outside of work, Evan enjoys traveling to new places both inside the U.S. and outside of the country. He loves his dogs and has a passion for photography and any fundraiser that involves a cold drink!
