CII was founded in 2006. In the arena of Human Services, the success of a community-based provider depends on its ability to find efficiencies in service provision while providing the highest quality of services to its customers. CII was created to provide a decentralized management team with cumulative experience of well over a century. The CII resource team offers a vast array of experience of public service, ranging from the public sector to the private for-profit and private not-for-profit sectors. This structure allows for smaller agencies to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and leadership offered by our organization.

Since its inception, CII has expanded its reach across the tri-state area of Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. The focus of our team has been, and will continue to be, ensuring quality services are being delivered at each of our member agencies.

Our focus is to provide the highest quality services to our network so that they in turn can improve the quality of services experienced by their customers.
